Why should I buy a poker table when I can play on my kitchen table?
Poker is a game of chance, startegy and psychology. The psychological aspects such as maintaning composure when the heat is on, looking for bluff-tells on other players, as well as being in the most comfortable state to enjoy a game. We believe that this can be reached if you have the right setting. Just as the ambience of a restaurant can make you enjoy your meal ten times more, the value of added comfort that you will get when playing on a Kustom Kowboys poker table elevates your game to new heights.
After you've designed your poker table with our Interactive Customizer, there are four ways in order to place your order. The first and easiest way is to click on check out on the customizer. You will be shown a page that shows the details of your specified poker table. Just click on check out and we will be notified of your order. A representative will then contact you to confirm your order as well as finalize the payment options. The second way is through e-mail to orders@kustomkowboys.com in which you can send us specific information about your customized table. A third way is via SMS messaging through text numbers 63.917.8506249, or 63.917.8124674. The final option you have is to call the said numbers as well.
The typical order can be processed in 5 working days. The count starts after the customer has finalized his / her options and the 30% deposit has been made.
I am in a rush! I want my table now! What can i do?
You can request for a rush job. You will be charged for the number of rushed days. Each additional rushed day would be 1,500 Philippine Pesos extra. However, this is still subject to our work load and schedule. Another option would be to first rent a table from us for your poker party.

Are all the customization options shown on this website?
No. currently the most common options are posted and incorporated in our website. We are a very flexible and dynamic company and options such as pocket cameras and lights under the rail are not included. You can contact us anytime through our “contact us page”. Anytime for any additional options you may need.
Can I have a bigger table built?
Yes. It is common knowledge that the regulation sized poker tables are 96” x 48”, however there has been a new trend with certain card rooms across the world that the standard size is shifting to a larger table of 102” x 48”. We can also supply this table, although it is impractical for a regular home game.
Will the larger table be more expensive?
Yes.
Can I have a smaller table built?
Yes. We have built many smaller tables for clients who do not have space for the regulation sized tables in their homes. Please feel free to drop us a line.
Will the smaller table be cheaper?
No. The base price of the table will still be the same.
Can I have a poker table of a unique shape?
Yes you can. We have made round tables which were a more classic table used for stud poker games as well as some mahjong games. You just have to specify the dimensions of your poker table and we will send you a quotation for your “Extra-Kustomized table”.
I don’t need legs can I just have a tabletop?
The only tabletops we supply are classic tables, however they do not fold and store away easily because they are still very heavy-duty. They are literally the tops of our classic table design. We will be selling these at a price of 10,000 PHP. If you need something that is easily stored away and of lower quality we can refer you to stores that sell cheap poker gear. Feel free to contact us.
What Designs can I put on my playing surface?
Use your imagination to come up with a nice logo that will differentiate your custom table from the rest of the pack. We use an airbrush system that doesnt afect the slide action of the cards as they are dealt through the table.
We are currently allowing only two payment options: cash or check. Checks are subject to 3 days to clear and are to paid to Kustom Kowboys Inc. The standard cash payment process are for us to get 30 % down payment and the rest (70%) upon delivery.
We currently do not charge VAT of 12 % however, this is subject to change. The website will be updated once we do.
The first option you have is you can pick your new table up from our showroom in Makati. We will email you the address if this is your choice for shipping. We also deliver any where in Luzon for a fee. Please click here to see our shipping rates.
Do you ship to other provinces?
We are currently working on branches in Cebu and Davao. Check the website often and Please feel free to contact us if you want a table from these areas.
At this time we do not ship poker tables internationally. Due to the fact that the tables are very heavy and bulky, freight charges may be too expensive. However, we do want feed back on possible international clients, so please feel free to contact us if you are interested in purchasing a table from us.
I want to buy multiple tables. Can I have a discount?
Yes. Anything above 2 tables we can offer a bulk order discount of 12.5%.
I want to hold a poker party for my friends do you rent your tables out?
Yes. The cost for rentals is 1500 PHP a table a day exclusive of delivery charges.
No. we currently do not have any catalogs. Due to the fact that our tables are very customizable and very dynamic, it is rather impractical to have a catalog.
Can I change or add something to my order?
If you decide to change and/or add something to your table customization, you must call us ASAP. Materials for building your table are immediately purchased after your deposit is received. Although there's usually a 24-hour "window of opportunity" for changes after you've signed off on your poker table's work order, we cannot stress enough the importance of making sure your order is correct when you place it.
You may cancel your order within 2 business days from when it is placed and signed off on. In all cases of cancellation, the 30% downpayment is non-refundable.
